INEOS and INEOS Styrolution have jointly played pivotal roles in the evolution of the chemical industry. INEOS, a global chemical company, was founded in 1998 by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and has since become a powerhouse in the petrochemical sector. INEOS Styrolution, a subsidiary formed in 2011, emerged from the joint venture of BASF's styrenics division with INEOS' styrenics business.
